Carol Dols
Carol Dols began her career in the Mortgage Business 30 years ago in Bethesda, Maryland. In the time past she has been a Vice President of Consumer Lending at Suburban Federal Savings Bank, where she developed the Home Equity Division. Carol has been an Underwriter at several Florida Mortgage Companies and is currently a Licensed Mortgage Broker and Processor. In the past 5 years, Carol operated her own Mortgage Processing company.
With 30 years experience in the Mortgage Lending Industry and as a developer of business and divisions, Carol's knowledge and understanding of Lending is exceptional.

Sheldon Sibley
Sheldon began his instructing career in the Navy and spent 20 years as a qualified instructor teaching math, electronics, and topics on classified devices. He earned his first teaching certificate in California from a technical school and spoke at many electronic conventions.
He currently holds a Florida real estate instructor’s license and broker’s license. Sheldon has over 10 years of experience in Florida’s real estate market including experience running his own firm.
In his spare time, Sheldon is an avid fisherman and enjoys boating. He is also well skilled in the use of computers and the internet.
His desire is to assist students in their goal of becoming licensed as quickly as possible.

Don Widmayer
Don is the Director of Education and Professional Development for the school. He is licensed currently in Florida as a real estate and an appraiser instructor and a Real Estate Broker. He also has an Instructor and Broker License in Virginia. Becoming licensed in 1983, gives him over 29 years of experience in real estate. Don's experience includes running his own real estate company in Virginia that included building log homes,property management, and listing and selling homes.
Don started teaching in Virginia Beach part time in 1997. He taught the pre-license course for sales associates for Long & Foster Realtors and he taught for the local association of realtors. Don was also an MLS instructor and taught computer related courses.
Don has taught, Pre-License classes for Real Estate Sales Associates and Brokers, as well as Post Licensing classes for both Sales Associates and Brokers, Review and Prep courses and Calculator classes. He has taught Property Management, Broker Management, Investment Analysis, and Professional Assistant classes. He also is teaching the NAR Ethics class and Florida's 14 hour Continuing Education classes at local Associations of Realtors.
He has been President of his Home Owners Association and Commander of the Port St. Lucie Power Squadron(A boater safety organization).
Don is not an "all work and no play" kind of guy. One of his passions is sailing. "Every opportunity that I have, I go out on the water"
