Christopher began his real estate career shortly after graduating from the University of Florida in Gainesville. Starting as a Residential Leasing Manager in 2001, he spent the next 4 years managing tax credit housing for older persons as well as luxury student housing. Always seeking a challenge, Chris relocated to New York City where he received his Salespersons License and later his Broker's License. He specialized in residential sales and leasing in the ultra competative Manhattan Real Estate Market.
He later relocated back to Florida and received his Florida Broker's License, then his Instructors license. Chris is currently actively involved the the Florida Real Estate Market and is a Top Producing Agent. A passion for helping others achieve their goals has led him to teaching and instructing.
Christopher is a Broker Associate, a member of the Florida Realtors and Real Estate Board of St Lucie County.
Jean Anne Baker
Jean Anne is a Florida licensed home inspector and a registered professional inspector with Florida Association of Building Inspectors. She has a Master of Science degree in Education from Indiana University. Her teaching career includes high school and middle school math and science, as well as coaching basketball, softball, and golf and the middle and high school level.
Jean Anne moved from Indiana in 1994 to create a home health agency in Stuart, Florida. After fourteen years of running a successful business, the desire to jump into a down real estate market prevailed. She sold her home health business and invested in foreclosures in Port St. Lucie. The process of inspecting, buying and fixing dilapidated properties soon lead her into a natural position to become a licensed home inspector. With 4 years in the home inspection business, 7 years of teaching, and over 15 years of investing in real estate, Jean Anne has the perfect combination of experience to share with those interested in becoming a licensed home inspector and growing a successful business.

Don is the Director of Education and Professional Development. He currently holds the following licenses in Florida: real estate instructor, appraiser instructor, and Real Estate Broker. He also holds the following licenses in Virginia: real estate instructor and Broker License. Becoming licensed in 1983, gives him over 29 years of experience in real estate. Don's experience includes running his own real estate company in Virginia which included building log homes,property management, and listing and selling homes.
Don started teaching in Virginia Beach part time in 1997. He taught the pre-license course for sales associates for Long & Foster Realtors and he taught for the local association of realtors. Don was also an MLS instructor and taught computer related courses.
Don has taught, Pre-License classes for Real Estate Sales Associates and Brokers, as well as Post Licensing classes for both Sales Associates and Brokers, Review and Prep courses and Calculator classes. He has taught Property Management, Broker Management, Investment Analysis, and Professional Assistant classes. He also is teaching the NAR Ethics class and Florida's 14 hour Continuing Education classes at local Associations of Realtors.
He has been President of his Home Owners Association and Commander of the Port St. Lucie Power Squadron(A boater safety organization).
Don is not an "all work and no play" kind of guy. One of his passions is sailing. "Every opportunity that I have, I go out on the water"
