(1)  In order to renew a loan originator license, a loan originator must:

The State of Florida requires real estate brokers, before their first license renewal (18 – 24 months), to complete 60 hours of post licensing courses. We teach this as two 30 hour courses. The Broker Management 30 hour course and the Essentials of Real Estate Investment 30 hour course.

Real Estate Brokerage, A Management Guide $150

This text covers the topics required by the Florida Real Estate Commission for this course. Topics include Agency/Brokerage, Property Management, Finance, Economics, and Appraisal. Includes 5 sections, 14 chapters, 2 appendices, a practice final exam, glossary, and index.
