Continuing Education

The State of Florida requires licensees to take additional educational courses prior to the expiration of their license. The number of hours and the types of courses are approved by the State. Continuing education courses, also known as CE courses, can be taken in a number of formats such as online, by correspondence, and in the classroom. Some courses and seminars that the Association of Realtors sponsors also may qualify for CE credit. Many of these seminars or courses are free to members of the Association.
